I started my career as a Royal Navy Deputy weapons engineering officer, helping to develop recruits with bespoke training programmes and pastoral support, before turning these skills to lectureship at ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½.
In my current role, I manage a variety of Access to Higher Education Diploma courses, and I am a previous recipient of a Beacon Award for Teaching and Innovation.
