Head chef Ranjeet is passionate about delivering high quality food and a top-class dining experience, and when choosing where to study his art one option stood out above all others.

After graduating, Ranjeet worked his way up the ranks across a number of restaurants before taking on the head chef role for a well-established company with over twenty venues across Birmingham. He credits the knowledge and practical experience he was able to gain through his masters鈥� course with propelling his career forward.
鈥淲hile I faced challenges during my studies, support from lecturers and the University鈥檚 support services helped me to overcome them,鈥� he said.
Looking ahead, Ranjeet has set his sights high, and plans to one day open and run his own restaurant.
