For more than 70 years, Birmingham College of Food has helped shape the next generation of chefs, bakers, food innovators and culinary leaders.

Whether you aspire to become an executive chef, have your own food business, create innovative products or work in world-class hospitality environments, our industry-led degrees will help you develop the skills, confidence and experience to succeed.

You'll learn in industry-standard kitchens, specialist bakery facilities and our Food Science and Innovation Suite, while gaining practical experience through placements, competitions, industry projects and live commercial environments.

Eligible UK full-time undergraduate students can also receive up to £6,000 financial support while they study.

£6,000 to help fund your studies

University is about chasing your goals, not worrying about your finances. That's why eligible UK full-time undergraduate students starting in September 2026 will receive £6,000 to help cover living costs and you don't have to pay it back. You can spend less time thinking about money and more time making the most of your experience.
